A corn. mixt. of PrH and BuH (50 : 50 by vol.) was doped with xylene soln. of sublimed S (2.75-38.6 mg/kg) to prep. 7 model blends. The blends were evaporated, their residues dissolved in xylene and then studied for S by using the tested method. The results were converted into S content in the original model blends. A repeatability of the tested method reached 8.1%.
