The ion selectivity of nickel hexacyanoferrate(NHCF)[KNiFe(CN)6] between cesium and sodium have been studied by measuring cyclic voltammogram. Loading of the NHCF film with cesium required lower applied potential, but that with sodium did higher potential. It was apparently found by SEM analysis that cesium was loaded on the film after several thousand cycles.
