Utilization of meat-bone tissue for production of proteins
A new method for prodn. of protein hydrolyzates from fresh meat-bone tissue and wastes from partition of carcasses was developed. The method consists in disintegration of the wastes, their chem. hydrolysis, product sepn. and drying. The hydrolyzates can be used as a food for some animals.
