Poly(lactic acid)/poly-s-caprolactone blends (poly-s-caprolactone content up to 30% by mass) were prepd. by extrusion and studied for tensile and impact strength, storage modulus, Milo, enthalpies of cold crystn. and melting, and mass loss. The tensile strength decreased while the impact strength increased with increasing content of polycaprolactone.
