One-plot Synthesis of AgSbS2 Nanocrystals and Their Photoelectrochemical Properties
This work reports for the first time the use of the modified solvothermal method in the synthesis of AgSbS2 semiconductor nanocrystals, by using oleylamine and oleic acid as complexing agents of Ag+ and Sb3+, respectively. The - NH2 terminal groups of oleylamine and - COOH function groups of oleic acid could combine with the metal cation to form a metal complex. AgSbS2 nanoparticles exhibit a broad absorption in the visible light range and these nanoparticles have great potential in photovoltaic devices.
