Mixed convection flow of Casson nanofluid over a stretching cylinder with convective boundary conditions
The purpose of present article is to introduce the more general convective heat and mass conditions in mixed convection flow with nanoparticles. Flow obeying constitutive relationship of Casson fluid is induced by a stretching cylinder. Fluid is electrically conducting in the presence of an applied magnetic field. Appropriate transformations reduce the nonlinear partial differential system to ordinary differential system. Convergent solutions of the resulting systems are computed by homotopy analysis method (HAM). Effects of different parameters on the velocity, temperature and concentration profiles are shown and analyzed. Nusselt and Sherwood numbers are also computed and investigated for different embedded parameters in the problems statement. It is observed that fluid flow reduces for larger Casson fluid parameter and Hartman number. Nusselt and Sherwood numbers are decreasing function of thermophoresis parameter.
