A multicomponent N, P and S-contg. fertilizer, urea, and superphosphate were applied for silage maiz growing in field expts. An increase in biomass crop at various stages of development of plants was obsd. The biomass yield was strongly depended on the development stage of the plant and on the kind of the fertilization. The localized application of the multicomponent fertlizer had a significant positive impact on maize crop.
