Preparation of high efficiency Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)(4) solar cells from novel non-toxic hybrid ink
Kesterite Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)(4) (CZTSSe) thin films were prepared by a low-cost, simple and environmental friendly hybrid ink method. The hybrid ink was prepared by mixing nanoparticle ink with molecular solution. Compared with nanoparticle ink or molecular solution-based CZTSSe thin film, hybrid ink based CZTSSe thin film was better in terms of crystalline, uniform, compact and crack-free. The hybrid ink-derived solar cell with an efficiency of 6.39% was obtained. (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
