Long-term Continuous Operation of FAD-dependent Glucose Dehydrogenase Hydrogel-modified Electrode at 37 degrees C
Herein, we report the 3 days continuous operation of flavin adenine dinucleotide-dependent glucose dehydrogenase from Aspergillus terreus-hydrogel-modified carbon electrode at 37 degrees C and pH 7.0. The stability was improved by using a porous carbon scaffold and increasing the phosphate buffer concentration through caging and shrinking effects, respectively.
