The experiment was performed in vivo by utilizing chitosan as a high molecular membrane to control drug delivery rate. The characteristics of each reagent and its activity of drug delivery by releasing in a low temperature insulin, a meterial for diabetes. In this in vivo experiment NOD(Non Obese Diabetic) mice were used to know the optimal condition for chitosan supporter added with surface activating reagents.
