Modification of rheological properties of vegetable oils
Raw rapeseed and soybean oils were modified by diesel oil addn. to change their rheol properties at low shear rate. The flow and viscosity curves, dynamic and kinematic viscosity and activation energy were detd. The diln. of the vegetable oils resulted in changing their nature from Bing-ham fluid to Newtonian one and in viscosity decrease.
