The p-HOC6H4NHAc-contg. polylactide spheres were prepd. by emulsifying CH2Cl2 soln. of the polymer in aq. soln. of poly(vinyl alc.) with paracetamol (5% by mole) at 25 degrees C under stirring. After removal at the solvent by evapn., the nanospheres were filtered out and analyzed for grain size. The size decreased with decreasing the mol. mass of the polymer. A procedure for manufg. spheres smaller than 100 nm was developed.
