Permeation of Permanent Gases and Condensable Vapors through Hexamethyldisiloxane Plasma Polymerized Membrane.
Plasma polymerization process was applied to generate composite membranes. Permeations of permanent gases and condensable vapors through the membranes were studied. A tubular type reactor system with an external coil was provided to initiate and maintain glow discharges. For monomer, hexamethyldisiloxane was used and porous polypropylene was used for substrate.
