V2O5/SiO2 촉매상에서 선택 산화 반응에 의한 원소 황 및 티오 황산암모늄으로의 황화수소 회수
Recovery of Hydrogen Sulfide as Elemental Sulfur and Ammonium Thiosulfate by the Selective Oxidation over V2O5/SiO2 Catalyst
Hydrogen sulfide in the stream containing ammonia and water vapor was converted into harmless solid products(elemental sulfur and ammonium thiosulfate) without considerable SO2 emission by the catalytic oxidation. Selectivity to ammonium thiosulfate depends upon the type of catalysts and the composition of reactants. Among the catalysts tested, V2O5/SiO2 catalyst showed the most highest selectivity. This offers a new solution for the treatment of H2S emission problem from various stationary sources.
