Radiation-Induced Grafting of 2,3-Epoxypropyl Methacrylate onto Polypropylene Fabrics and Its Heavy Metal Ion Adsorption Characteristics through Amination Reaction
The grafting of 2,3-epoxyEwopyl methacrylate(GMA) on polypropylene(PP) fabric was carried out by the γ-ray Peirradiation grafting technique. GMA-grafted PP fabric was reacted with iminodiacetate(BDA) in different mixed solvents to synthesize an adsorbent. In the adsorption of Co2+, Fe2+ and Pb2+, the amounts of adsorption followed the order : Pb2+>Co2+>Fe2+.
