To test thermal characteristics of epoxy/rubber/amine system, DGEBA-CTBN/MDA system was investigated by Flynn & Wall equation. The samples were cured at high temperature and they were analyzed by TGA. When the TGA data were introduced to Flynn & Wall equation, it was found that the thermal decomposition activation energy increased with the increment of weight loss fraction and this meant that strong chains were debonded at high weight loss fraction.
