Fabrication of poly(L -lactide) porous beads coated with hydroxyapatite using a simple fluidic device for tissue engineering

Porous poly(L-lactide) beads were prepared based on the emulsion-templating method using a simple fluidec device. The porous structure and diameter of the beads were controlled by changing homogenization rate and continuous flow rate in the fluidic device. In addition, the porous beads were coated with bydroxyapatite to improve compressive strength.
