A Novel-Approach to Platinized Platinum-Electrodes - Specific Adsorption as a Partition Between the Solution-Phase and the Electrodeposited Platinum Black Layer
The radiotracer study of the adsorption of Cl-36 labelled chloride ions was carried out at a platinized electrode in 1 mol dm(-3) H2SO4 supporting electrolyte at low Cl- ion concentrations (c < 10(-5) mol m(-3)). It can be demonstrated that the sorption phenomena can be treated as a partition between the solution phase and the platinum black layer of the platinized electrode.
