Simultaneous calculation of lifetime and deadtime in maximum bubble pressure measurements
This paper is devoted to the theoretical analysis of the bubble growth at the tip of a capillary used in maximum bubble pressure measurements, The fast regimes of bubble formation for short and wide capillaries are considered on the basis of an earlier approach. This approach takes into account the inertia of the gas flow, The significance of the experimental conditions is discussed. The phenomenon of an inertial overcome of the maximum pressure is predicted and confirmed experimentally.
