Residual stresses in the bodies made of low alloy steels
The mathematical model for determination of residual structural stresses in steel bodies has been proposed. The equations of the statistical theory of phase content of low alloy steels in condition of rapid cooling are used as a basis of the computational model. Residual structural stresses in the harden beams of a square section from steel 15XM are computed.
