The paper analyzes the loosening and broken causes of threaded connection. And a measure is put forward to solve the problem, using nut made of Fe-based SMA The analysis and experimental results showed that the new-type nut can effectively prevent threaded connection from loose and break. So the safety and reliability of the threaded connection are improved remarkably.
