Spectral and time-resolved photoresponse in Nd2/3Sr1/3MnO3-d epitaxial layers
The time-resolved photoresponse of oxygen deficient Nd0.67Sr0.33MnO3-delta epitaxial layers is observed in TTE measurements in different regimes using different light intensities and spectral windows in the visible. In the regime of the metal - insulator transition the photoresponse increases sharply and shows saturation with increasing light intensity, suggesting a light-induced transition. We also present evindence of nucleation and growth of the light-induced phase.
