Temperature dependence of magneto impedance effect in amorphous Fe83B9Nb7Cu1 alloy
The magnetoimpedance (MI) effect and the incremental permeability ratio (PR) as a function of an external field were investigated in nanocrystalline Fe83B9Nb7Cu1 alloy in a cryogenic chamber where the temperature of the sample can vary from 10K to 300K. The magnetoimpedance ratio (MIR) and the PR show extremely stable for temperature changes. This result shows that the annealed alloy can be a good candidate for magnetic sensors at low temperature environment.
