(Gas+liquid) Critical-Temperatures and Pressures of Polyethene from Hoch2Ch2Oh to H(Och2Ch2)(V-Approximate-to-13.2)Oh
The critical temperatures and pressures of mono-, di- tri-, and tetra-ethene glycols, and polyethene glycols with nominal molar masses M/M(degrees) (where M(degrees) = 1 g.mol(-1)) equal to 300, 400, and 600, have been measured by the pulse-heating method applicable to thermally unstable substances. The results have been correlated as a function of the molar mass using the hole theory of liquids developed by Kurata and Isida with a slight modification.
