초산금속 존재하 PET 올리고머 형성에 따른 반응속도
Kinetics for the Catalyzed Formation of PET Oligomer with Metal Acetates

Dimethyl terephthalate (DMT)와 ethylene glycol (EG)간의 에스케르교환반응시 다양한 metal acetate를 이용하여 반응온도 190~210℃ 범위에서 반응속도를 조사하였다. 또한 반응속도식에 따른 온도의존성을 살펴보았다. 온도의존성을 언급된 반응속도 모델식을 이용하여 실험자료에 적용한 결과 잘 일치함을 알았다. 금속촉매하 에스테르교환반응에 관한 촉매활성은 Pb >> Mn > Co > Zn > Cd > Mg > Ba > Cs > K > Cu 순으로 나타났다.
Transesterification reaction kinetics between dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) and ethylene glycol (EG) has been investigated in the presence of various metal acetates as catalyst. Temperature dependence on the reaction kinetics was also studied. A kinetic model was developed for the catalyzed reaction, and the experimental results showed a good agreement with it. Catalytic activity on the metal-catalyzed transesterification was found to be in the order of Pb >> Mn > Co > Zn > Cd > Mg > Ba > Cs > K > Cu.
