A drainage project in Monterrey, Mexico has created a sustainable blueprint for rainwater re-use, which could be replicated in central America and elsewhere to help tackle the challenges of urban regeneration and water scarcity. In this case, a solution pioneered the use of stormwater treatment technologies and helped to combat the country's severe water scarcity problems.
