포스파젠 고분자를 이용한 이온교환 분리막 제조에 관한 연구
A Study on the Preparation of Ion-Exchange Membranes with Polyphosphazenes
초록
페녹시기와 트라이풀루오르에톡시기가 함께 치환된 포스파젠 고분자를 기초로 한 새로운 형태의 이온교환 분리막 재질을 제조하였다. 합성된 고분자의 구조를 핵자기 공명 분석기, 적외선 흡광 분석기, 원소 분석기와 겔침투 분석기를 통해 확인하였다. 기본 포스파젠 분리막은 친수성과 이온 투과성을 높이기 위해 술폰화시켰다. [NP(OC6H4SO3H)1.58(OCH2CF3)0.42]n으로부터 얻은 분리막을 상용 분리막과 비교한 결과 매우 뛰어난 이온운반율, 면적 저항 및 이온교환용량을 나타내었다.
A new series of ion separation membrane materials based on pheonoxy and trifluoroethoxy co-substituted polyphosphazene has been designed and synthesized. The polymers were characterized by 31P NMR, FT-IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and get permeation chromatography. The basic phosphazene membranes were sulfonated to obtain better hydrophilicity and ion-selectivity. The membrane from [NP(OC6H4SO3H)1.58(OCH2CF3)0.42]n gave excellent values of ion transport number, area resistivity, and also ion exchange capacity, compared with the commercial membranes.
