In Situ Synthesis of Poly(copper phthalocyanine) Nanostructures for Organic Nanodevices
The challenge for well-organized organic nanostructures is that the materials are usually flexible and amorphous, and the synthesis methods tend to be template method, etc. Here, we will give a much different way to synthesize nanostructured poly(CuPc). Poly(CuPc) was synthesized with special sealed CVD method. By controlling the growth conditions, perpendicular nanowires and evenly distributed nanowebs were prepared. Poly(CuPc) shows strong absorption property in the visible-light region, which will make it potentially useful in OPVs, photocatalytic devices, and other photoelectric devices.
