Enzyme-free Amperometric H2O2 Biosensor Based on Cu-Ag Bimetallic Nanoparticles with Reduced Graphene Oxide Nanocomposites
Cu-Ag bimetallic nanoparticles loaded on reduced graphene oxide nanocomposites (Cu-Ag/rGO NCs) were obtained through a facile chemical reduction method. The resulting Cu-Ag/rGO NCs exhibited good catalytic activity in reducing H2O2, with a fast amperometric response, i.e., less than 2 s. The linear detection range was estimated to be from 50 mu M. to 3.5 mM (R = 0.9983), and the detection limit was estimated to be 12 mu M at S/N = 3.
