TiO2 고정화 지지체를 이용한 Chlorothalonil의 광촉매분해
Photocatalytic Degradation of Chlorothalonil using TiO2 Supported in Matrices
초록
TiO2 고정화 물질은 Titanium tetraisopropoxide-isopropanol 용액에 제오라이트와 glass filter를 담지한후, 이것을 공기중에 건조시켜 500℃에서 소결하여 얻었다. Chlorothalnoil의 분석은 ECD가 부착된 가스크로마토그래피로 분석하였다. Chlorothalnoil에 대한 분해효율은 TiO2로 지지된 광촉매가 효과적이었고, 3시간 후 완전기 분해되었다. 반응 생성물들은 TiO2로 지지된 제오라이트에서는 Cl-가 5.0ppm, TiO2로 지지된 glass filter에서는 Cl-가 7.5ppm,그리고 TiO2 분말에서는 Cl-가 2.0ppm 각각 생성되었다. 그러나, CN-는 지지체의 종류에 관계없이 검출한계이하였다.
TiO2 was dispersed in zeolite and glass filter by soaking them in isopropanol solution of titanium tetraisopropoxide and drying in the air, followed by calcination at 500℃. The analysis of chlorothalnoil was carried out by gas chromatograph with an electron capture detector. Chlorothalnoil was degraded photocatalytically over the matrix-supported TiO2 efficiently and could be completely photodegraded after 3hrs. Production were 5.0ppm of Cl- for TiO2 supported zeolite, 7.5ppm of Cl- for TiO2 supported glass filter and 2.0ppm of Cl- for TiO2 powder. But, CN- was lower than the detection limit irrespective of matrices.
