Development of Positive Photoresist for Controlling Cell Culture Shape on Organic Substrates
Micropatterns on organic materials were fabricated using various positive photoresist solutions for clearly patterning the culture of cells on organic materials. The surface erosion of organic materials with positive photoresist solvents was quantitatively characterized, and a suitable solute/solvent combination was found. Clear cell patterns were observed on a surface when using the newly developed photoresist, mainly because the developed photoresist hardly eroded on the surface of organic materials.
