Combustion of electronic waste in the reactor with bubbling fluidized bed
Twenty-two samples of various electronic wastes (printed circuit boards) were combusted with PrH/BuH mixt in air in bubbling fluidized bed reactor to analyze the chem. compn. of exhaust gases. The highest emission index was found for CO (111 mg/g in ay.) and volatile org. compds. (11 mg/g excluding PhH 2.05 mg/g, PhOH 2.26 mg/g and naphthalene 0.66 mg/g). High emission index was also found for MeH (0.94 mg/g), NOx (1.02 mg/g) and HBr (1.31 mg/g). The mass loss of the waste samples during combustion (2.98-45.88%) was also detd.
