Non-stationary power characteristics of manufacturing of polyurethane by polymerization
Synthesis of polyurethane was carried out in a pilot reactor equipped with multi-ribbon mixer and controlled by unsteady power consumption under increasing d. and viscosity of the reaction mixt. Temporary changes of mixing power, mixer rotation speed, d. and viscosity were given as math. equations. The unsteady power characteristics of the polymn. was presented graphically.
