Five photocurable acrylic resins were compounded with 4 fillers (SiO2, polysaccharides), optionally dild. with (CH2=C(Me)COO)(2)(CH2)(2), and cured in presence of 3 com. photoinitiators after cold extruding in a plug miniextruder under UV irradn. (Hg lamp, 4700 mu W/cm(2)) for 20-40 s. The highest hardness of the product (92 degrees Sh A) was achieved when a mixt. of the aliph. urethanomethacrylate Genomer 4215, the 2,2-dimethoxy-2-phenylacetophenon Irgacure 651 photoinitiator (2% by mass) and the nonmodified SiO2 Aerosil R7200 filler was used.
