A review of reactions of hydrolysis of org. Al compds. The reactions result in formation of stable hydroxyaluminium complexes optionally stabilized with a bulky beta-diketiminate ligand. The complexes are precursors of alumoxanes and heterobimetallic Al-O-M species.
