A Polish fixing agent for reactive dyes, Fixatex BF, was used alone and in combination with UV absorbers and/or HALS type stabilizers. The BF + 2% of HALS-type Primene 81R (tertiary amines each contg.12-16 C atoms) provided the best UV fastness to fixed dyeings. The BF-fixed fabrics were mechanically as resistant as those treated with imported fixing agents. The BF used alone was inferior.
