The influence of natural surfactants on the stabilization of oil-water emulsions
The influence of the water content of oil-water emulsions on the group composition of the interphase layer has been studied. It has been shown that an increase in the amount of distilled water in emulsions leads to an increase in the proportion of asphaltenes and a decrease in the concentration of resin compounds in the interphase layer. It has been found that the proportion of low and high-molecular-mass n-alkanes among interphase n-alkanes is increased in the emulsions with distilled water.
