Influence of conditions of the process on adsorption dewaxing of straight-run gasoline
The process of isolation of C-5-C-10 n-paraffins from the straight-run gasoline fraction of the Samgori (Georgia) commercial oil on the CaA zeolite (adsorbate composition, degree of recovery) was studied depending on various factors: the adsorption temperature, feed space velocity, desorption pressure, and feedstock adsorbent mass ratio. It was found that these factors had a considerable effect on the recovery and composition of n-alkanes. The obtained experimental data were statistically processed by the least-squares technique to determine the maximum degrees of recovery of n-paraffins and the optimum dewaxing conditions.
