Facile synthesis of Pr(OH)(3) nanostructures and their application in water treatment

By means of a facile electrochemical approach, Pr(OH)(3) nanostructures consisting of nanosheets amorphous were successfully constructed on Cu substrates, and their morphologies can be readily tuned by simply adjusting the current density. Moreover, these Pr(OH)(3) nanostructures exhibit a good performance to remove Congo red in wastewater treatment. Crown Copyright (C) 2012 Published by Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
