Effect of poling conditions (different poling fields and temperatures) on dielectric and piezoelectric property of < 001 >-oriented 0.701Pb (Mg1/3Nb2/3)O-3-0.3OPbTiO(3) crystal was investigated. The results show, that it is easy for the crystal to be full poled in high temperature, while it is difficult for the crystal in low temperature.
