Generalized version of a discrete algorithm with a constant Hamiltonian and its application for optimization of chemical reaction problems
A generalized version of a discrete optimization algorithm has been presented with a constant Hamiltonian. A classical version of this algorithm, described in literature, requires the optimization model to be linear with respect to one arbitrary decision variables whereas the generalized version can be also used for nonlinear models. Application of the generalized version is presented, to optimize a cascade of chemical reactors with a nonlinear performance index.
