Experimental results of the investigations on the photodegradation of 3-chlorophenol by UV radiation in polar solvents and cyclohexane were present. Influence of solvents properties on reaction rate was studied. The intermediate reaction products of radical reactions were identified. The kinetic curves for formation these products were described. The reaction rate constants for first order reactions were determined.
