Electrosynthesis of In doped ZnSe polycrystalline films by electrochemical ca-deposition has been carried out to investigate the effect of In inclusion on photoelectrochemical characteristics of ZnSe. Photoactivity, capacitance and photoaction spectral studies have been used for characterization of the electrodeposits. A significant improvement in the quality of photoelectrodes was observed in In content of the preparation.
