제목 Interfacial engineering for highly efficient organic solar cells
초록 I have demonstrated a nano-patterning process that allows the formation of nanostructured surface of polymer hetero-junction. Nanopattern on the surface of active layer can scatter incident light so, It leads to enhance the absorption of incident light. And nanopattern also increase interface area between metal electrode and active layer which can enhance the efficiency of collecting electrons. These two effects increase the current and fill factor so we can expect to fabricate high efficiency organic photovoltaic cells
