Polymer solar cells (PSCs) have been considered as the next environment-friendly renewable energy source due to the possibility of solution process, light-weight, low cost and flexibility. In spite of considerable attentions, more researches are necessary for higher power conversion efficiency (PCE) and long-term stability. PEDOT:PSS is the most widely utilized conductive polymer as hole transport layer in PSCs. However, because of its limited carrier mobility, modification of PEDOT:PSS is required to enhance its conductivity. In this study, we introduced alcohol-soluble processing additive in PEDOT:PSS to enhance conductivity, resulting in increase of the performance of devices. |
