제목 Dynamic Mechanical properties and Thermal properties of Nano-clay/functionalized soybean oil composites
초록 The Bio-resin has been used in various fields such as coating agent, plasticizers, adhesive paint, electronic circuit board, construction materials, printing. Also, it has environmental benefits, including a reduction in CO2 emission and the fossil fuel depletion. Nano-clay to reinforce polymer-based composites have raised much attention to academic and industrial sectors due to the addition of small amount of Nano-clay could substantially enhance the mechanical properties of pristine polymers. The functionalized soybean oils, Acrylated epoxidized soybean oil (AESO) and Maleinized Acrylated epoxidized soybean oil) composite with 1, 3, 5, 7wt% of organic modified Nano-clay (Cloistie 20A) were prepared by resin transfer molding (RTM) method. The dynamic mechanical properties of composites were analyzed using DMA and the thermal properties were analyzed using TGA. AS a result, Storage modulus, Tan delta and thermal stability were increased in proportion to both the amount of Nano-clay and the Maleic anhydride molar ratio.
