제목 Polypeptide ionic complexes nanoparticles for model drug delivery.
초록 We designed polypeptide-based ionic complexes nanoparticles for intracellular delivery of model biopharmaceuticals. The polymer was synthesized by sequential ring-opening polymerization of N-carboxy anhydrides of cbz-L-lysine, followed by N-carboxy anhydrides of L-alanine. Then, deprotection of protecting groups to produce PEG-PK-PA triblock copolymer. This polymer can make ionic complexes with hyaluronic acid. Each complexes have different zeta potential depending on the PEG-PK-PA to HA ratio. The ionic complexes nanoparticles encapsulated FITC-BSA were internalized into HeLa cells.
