제목 Internalization of polypeptide based nanoparticels into the cell.
초록 Cellular uptake of macromolecules have been intensively studied for biomolecular delivery to cytosol. In this study, positively charged core-shell polypeptides were complexed with hyaluronic acid and positively charged macromolecular model drug to forms zero-charged nanoparticles. Mechanism of intracellular delivery of these nanoparticles were investigated by the cell internalization inhibitors such as chlorpramazine, filipin and rottlerin. Chlorpromazine significantly inhitiated the intracellular delivery, suggesting that clathrin mediated endocytosis is the main mechanism of the internalization of the nanoparticles.
