제목 Hybrid Nanoparticles of a Conjugated Polymer and Iron Oxide Nanocrystals for Simultaneous Photothermal and Magnetic Effects
초록 There exists a high attention in the corporation of various applications in one step process in medical and biomaterials. To answer, the improvements in material science have been developed strongly. Inside, the conjugated polymer has been awarded throughout the conductivity in photo-electro feature while magnetic nanoparticles (NPs) have been also recognized as one of the most promising imaging agent by their unique magnetic properties. In this study, hybrids NPs were introduced as a multi-application in both magnetic resonance imaging and photoaucostic- photothermal therapy by absorbing NIR light. These NPs were assembled by using a new method of preparation forming the phase-separated thin film in the combination with phospholipids. The properties of hybrid NPs were characterized specially in this research.
