제목 | Study of Graphene-TiO2 Nanocomposite for Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) Shielding. |
초록 | Recently, Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) shielding of Radio Frequency (RF) radiation generated in electronic devices has become as an important problem. Graphene among the various shielding materials has a structure in which carbon is arranged in a single layer of hexagonal. Besides, it is a useful material for designing materials and devices. Its properties are high conductivity, saturation rate, flexibility, and mechanical strength to apply electroconductive, magnetic, and electromagnetic shielding films. We aimed to fabricate titanium dioxide (TiO2) - graphene hybrid materials to enhance the electron shielding property of graphene. Graphene was formed as nanocomposite with TiO2 having a high band gap to overcome shortcoming which is significant no different between on state current and off state current due to the absence of band gap. In the future, hybrid materials of graphene and TiO2 will be studied as coating materials for electromagnetic interference shielding. |
